the hotel offered valet parking and this was very convenient. my room was a premium executive king room, it included premium guest benefits and i used them.
i had a hard time finding an available sunbed near the pool.

I was impressed with the bamboo restaurant ,it felt very unique and peaceful. neha ,the receptionist was very helpful. Her cute nature made our check-in smooth. she assisted with all our room requirements. I really appreciated her attentiveness. the room service was excellent .
I noticed the windows were not very clean. This slightly detracted from the overall experience.
